Konnected Pro Setup Issue with 2 Sirens

I just set up a Konnected Pro board and have 2 sirens connected to it. In the Hubitat App setup in which you assign which devices are connected to each zone, I assigned one siren to ALARM1 and the 2nd siren to ALARM2. For some reason, I can not get both sirens to sound. Whatever I assigned to Alarm 1 will sound, but not what I assign to Alarm 2. (I DO have the board's toggle switch set to ALARM2).

I can't figure out what I have done wrong. The wiring is correct, so it's something I have failed to do with the software setup. Any ideas how I get them BOTH to sound?

How do you have the board powered? If it is powered via POE it is more restricted in how much power it will provide to accessories.

It is NOT powered by PoE. According to Konnected, they are telling me it is a software/setup issue...
