How to configure the Konnected Pro zones 1 - 8 as output zones and what are some suggestions as to what they can be used for.
They can control relays or piezo buzzers. You set it to momentary switch or beep/blink switch. The relays can be used to turn on/off sirens, strobes, open/close garage doors, I also use them with Device Watchdog to automatically reset temp/humidity sensors when they stop sending info.
Is the 3v output only momentary? No option for constant voltage? I am wanting to power a 3v LED when the HSM is armed and off when disarmed.
You could use a relay to do that for sure with a 3 volt transformer, I'm not sure about using the output 3v signal as power itself. I'd suggest checking with @nate
No more than 10mA draw on the outputs should be ok. Anything pulling more than that, use a relay.

What Zone setting do I use for constant voltage. Momentary or Beep Blink don't sound appropriate.
I forgot to mention siren/strobe and switch as well as the beep/blink and momentary for usual relay settings I would guess switch would work for what you want, although I've never verified, you could check with a voltage meter between the output you choose and one of the ground terminals.
