I currently use Konnected with hubitat but I would like to use Ring for my alarm system (same price as noonlight but includes camera recording). But I don't want to lose the devices in hubitat as I use the sensors for various automations
Can those alarm sensors be fed through a splitter so both konnected and ring can monitor them?

Why can't you just add the Ring as they would just be additional devices in HE. You can then use rules to either interact with the Konnected devices and/or the RIng devices. HSM can reference as many alarm sensors as you want.
I could be wrong but I thought the only way to communicate "Door Opened" from ring to hubitat was using IFTTT which only allows 3 connections on the free plan
Correct with regards to RING. If you use sensors that are configured to Konnected you would have no restrictions on number of devices. I was thinking Konnected tells HSM door is open and then HSM tells RING to sound the alarm.
