I have a Kichler Smart Control timer for landscape lighting and I was wondering if anyone has successfully connected it to Hubitat.
Did you ever get clarity on this or the system otherwise integrated?
I didn't. I ended up ditching the Kichler unit, the native controls were horrible. You couldn't use "sunrise" or "sunset" as a time to cause the lights to turn on or off. That seems like a pretty basic feature for landscape lighting.
I ended up swapping out the control for a smart plug which was much easier to control natively from Hubitat.
Gotcha.. That's what I anticipated. Disappointing how some companies think they are fancy with WIFI control and completely miss the use cases. Oh well.. I'll know what to talk to the electrician about! Thanks for the reply.
