[Released] Rule Machine 3.0

Keen Vents are not exposing important data in HE: the vents have a temperature sensor (which is reported when using SmartThings), and the data is accessible for automation in ST.

(I'm not sure if this is a HE issue or a RM shortcoming, so I've also posted this issue in the Devices section of the forum.)
