JunoConnect wafer downlights not working properly

So far, no disconnects since switching to the generic ZigBee switch driver.

Sounds like you just need an officially supported driver then for it to work correctly. The other driver must be causing some sort of conflict and overwhelming the device until it disconnects.

Anyone at hubitat I can donate one of these to to troubleshoot for some driver support?

Following this and curious to see what you learn from the troubleshooting. I installed 15 of these with a new hubitat a few months back as my dive into home automation. I have them working but through a lot of blind trial and error but they definitely seem to have hiccups.

so far seems to operate normally, what issues did you notice?

Frequent random disconnects. Unresponsive one minute, responsive the next. Sometimes drop off completely and have to be re-paired. I thought the generic switch driver was working but had one of them become unresponsive yesterday.

The maddening thing is they work fine most of the time.

These are classic signs of zigbee mesh inadequacy. How many total zigbee devices do you have? How many of them are line-powered? And what fraction of those are bulbs?

60 devices, 22 lights, 8 line powered switches, 6 in line powered outlets, the rest wireless water sensors, buttons, locks, and door sensors at the moment.

That's a lot of bulbs. Are these ZLL, ZHA1.2 or Zigbee 3.0?

My oldest 6 recessed lights are HA1.2, I've got a few Ikea ones which I'm not sure about. The rest are ZigBee 3.

Unfortunately I tend to be an impulse buying cheap ■■■ when it comes to lights. And I know switches are better but it's nice to vary color temps and turn certain lights on and off depending on daytime.

I get a lot of these error messages when trying to adjust color temps.

What driver did it join with, and can you post a screen shot of the state variables and data sections of the driver?, thanks
The unit you sent me isn't generating any errors and so far is operating as it should.

Advanced ZigBee CT driver.

Huh, it doesn't look like the bulb made it through the options testing.
Can you click configure, then report what the state of the bulb is after the testing is completed?
The bulb should be on at 20% with a color temperature of 5000.
checkPhase in state variables should also be 0 after a page refresh.

do you get errors when adjusting the color temp now?

Sorry, long days at work. No errors adjusting color temps today and light responding well. Seems to be an intermittent problem though. Will check again tomorrow.
