Hi Everyone
I flipped the switch on the Z-Wave JS. After doing so, the child switch on my Zen30 can no longer be controlled by the hub. I haven't excluded/included it yet, but wondering if I need to update a driver somewhere. Any ideas? I did try cutting the power from the device to see if that would help, it didn't.
Thanks
I updated the firmware on the switch, and re-paired it. It seems to be working now. I'm not sure which fixed it.
I just noticed I have the exact same issue. Updating the firmware resolved it?
I might give that a try tomorrow
Yep, it's been working well now. I'm not sure if the firmware fixed it, or if the pairing process fixed it.
Mostly likely is the re-pairing fixing it. The JS interview process might not be detecting the relay the endpoint correctly. It seems like it is more thorough upon pairing.
You can also force a re-interview, you need to go to the Z-wave details page and get the decimal node ID, the one in ( ). Then ## in the endpoint below is the decimal node number.
http://HUB.IP/hub/zwave2/reinterview?node=###
This may also do nothing, re-pair may still be needed.
