C-7 software 2.3.2.133.

Since upgrading to 2.3.2.133 , using the "Run Actions" button for a RM 5.0 app triggers a Java exception:

Selecting 'Done' for the same app logs a different exception:

This doesn't appear to happen with a newly created RM 5.1 test app.

@bravenel Were there changes to Rule-5.0 in 2.3.2 that could cause this?

There have not been changes to Rule-5.0 this year that could cause that. Something's become corrupted. I'd try reboot, or perhaps roll back to previous build and re-download the latest.
