Bumping this back up. I've got the exact same issue on Jasco/GE/UltraPro ZW3010 dimmers using Halo 4" disc lights B08ZJQV7W2. Two light switches in the same room. When I dim switch A, switch B reacts by flickering and abruptly changing brightness.
Does anyone know what causes this interaction and how to solve it?
