Jasco Enbrighten ZW4002 - 55258 Fan Controller Firmware Update

Jasco just released a beta firmware for the newer ZW4002 - 55258 z-wave fan controller. It fixes the blue LED issue. You couldn't control when the LED was on or off. I have 6 of these fan controllers so this was of particular interest to me.

I loaded the new firmware on one of my controllers and confirmed it is installed. However, I cannot change the LED behavior as expected with the built-in Hubitat driver.

Anyone else looking at this issue and/or know what I should do? @JasonJoel's fan driver doesn't seem to support changing the LED, probably because it wasn't possible before...

Also tagging @wecoyote5 who was looking for this firmware fix as well...

OK, I figured it out... Using the built-in driver, "GE Smart Fan Control" there is an option to set the led. With the old firmware, this didn't work. The new firmware appeared not to work either until I tried something...

I reversed the setting, and it works! So now the question is this... Is it screwed up in the firmware or does the internal driver need to be changed? Here is a screenshot of the settings. I can confirm the blue LED is on and the device off...

I’ll verify this

Thank you

Thanks! I'll give it a try.

Looking at the driver.. It appears this changed at one point.. Can you post a screenshot of your device details section so I can see which model this is..

Here are the details... I have 6 of these and plan on adding a few more this weekend. I'm using the built-in driver. The new .51 firmware is working. I just have to have the option reversed in the driver...
