I use motion sensors in Room Lighting to activate light switches. I want this disabled at night so the dog doesn't activate the lights all night long. I have the app to limit activation when the mode is Night. I also have a Pico that can disable the motion earlier than when the mode changes to night (if we go to bed early). Is there a way to re-enable activation based on the mode going back to day? I have to use the Pico to re-enable activation in the morning if I disabled it at night with the Pico.
Maybe create a virtual switch and a rule to turn that switch on when the mode changes to Day, then use that switch to re-enable activation in your room lighting instance.
You might also want the switch to turn off after a timeout.

Set it up using the hub modes like my screen shot. Notice night has only off ticked, that way if you turn on a light with a switch it will still turn off.
