Issues Registering with a .co.uk Email address


Just bought a C8 Pro

Tried two email addresses which ended .co.uk and did not receive a Verification Mail.
Checked Spam folder

Tried a .com address and it worked. Got a notification in red type that email had been sent, which didnt happen for .co.uk addresses.

Is this a known issue?

So I have now received 4 codes in the Spam folder of one of the .co.uk accounts. The last time i tried a put a capital letter at the beginning of the email address and got the red notification. Will now try the other account

Please only use lower case letters for the account. The field is case sensitive and mixed cases will trigger an error stating that account doesn't exist.

How easy is it to change the account associated with a hub?

couldnt get a mail for the other account (blueyonder .co.uk) to work even though a red message came up.

If you don't have active subscriptions, you can replace an admin account from my.hubitat.com by visiting Registered Hubs.
