Issues Pairing Bali Z-Wave Cellular Shades

Team,
I was able to pair these shades, but I am unable to properly adjust the upper and lower limits. When using the manual remote I can open the shades to the full 80 inches, but as soon as I pair them with Hubitat, it limits the shades to 24 inches. Any idea what is happening? I am assuming there's an issue with software compatibility.

Are the Bali shades made by Springs Window Fashions? Do they use Somfy controls?

OK. I don't have Bali - I have Graber cellular shades (made by Springs Window Fashions and with Somfy electronics). I know you have to be careful when pairing them because there is only one button on the shades and that is used for pairing, excluding, and full reset. As I recall, the full reset will clear the upper and lower limit settings.

Are you setting the upper/lower limits with the remote before pairing to Hubitat?

Good point, I think you have to set the limits before pairing them to Hubitat.

You have to use a Bali remote to set the upper and lower limits on the shade. After that you can reset the shade to pair it with the Hubitat hub. The shade will still retain the upper and lower limits.
