Issue with Smartly dashboard

I am having an issue with a Smartly dashboard on my iPad. When initialized the dashboard comes on with these red tiles all over the dashboard.

After it starts up it looks like this with the icons still in the background.

I have rebooted the iPad but get the same results.
When I open the same dashboard on my iMac it looks like it is supposed to.

Any help removing these red background tiles would be appreciated. Thank You.

I have the same issue on a Fire 10

That red is the new spaces that are shown when you drag and drop a tile. This fx was introduced in the last few releases so the issue most likely has to do with that new code.

Just adding my screenshot to the chorus. This is Chrome on an older Android tablet, but our newer tablet, phones, and computer are unaffected. I'm not sure when this changed, but I just noticed it yesterday after force refreshed the page after a hub reboot. Just recently updated my C-7 to 2.3.9.154.

I have this as well on firehd tablet

We keep getting more people with the same issue but no one to help us solve the problem.

The fix is being tested in a beta release right now, just be patient.

I am not sure, but it is possible that the Smartly code was broken accidentally by these recent drag-n-drop changes on firmware. If that is true, someone will have to fix the Smartly code.

I am not sure if people are talking about this being broken in Smartly dashboards or the stock ones at this point in the thread.

Yeah true, the fix in beta is to deal with the red background on "old browsers", no idea if that's the same issue as with Smartly or not. Maybe it will fix both :crossed_fingers:

I just updated to the version that has the fix in it and I can confirm that it fixes it for Smartly dashboards on an older iOS version.
