Issue with Samsung Button

I just got a couple of Samsung buttons and I can't get them control my lights. The virtual button in the device page works and the event viewer recognizes the hard button press. I don't understand why the virtual button works but not the physical button if the event viewer is recognizing the physical button presses.

Where did you connect the button to the light? Are you using RM or Simple Automations? Can you post a screen shot of the rule?

I used Simple Automation.

There's really nothing to the rule; I've just set up a toggle for now. I'm new to Hubitat so I'm starting small while I learn.

Here's my event viewer. As you'll see, it recognizes the button press but only the virtual (null) button is triggering m light.

Please be sure to enter the button number. The screenshot you shared has that field blank. Enter the number 1 in that field.
