I've been using your moonPhase driver, it decided not to calculate March 25th correctly. March 25th is a Full Moon, but the driver is showing Waning Gibbous 49%

It’s time of day dependent. Should have shown a full moon from about 6:30pm 24 Mar 2024 until roughly 3:30pm 25 Mar 2024 EDT if you’re using the 1% wider setting. The actual from Moon Phases 2024 – Lunar Calendar for Columbus, Ohio, USA shows that they recognized a full moon as of 3:00am EDT on 25 Mar 2024.
