Issue in Rule Machine, February has a 29th day which causes a schedule to be true

I noticed one of my apps that has a schedule to turn on certain lights from January to February was turning on. Looking into it, I found February has a 29th day. If this day is selected or in the range, Rule Machine says the date range is "True". Which causes the rule to run. When I changed the rule date range to look at Feb 1st -28th, the condition is then False. Which is what it should be.

you need 'isleapyear' found conveniently in my driver.
