Lutron Skylark is a non-smart controller for a ceiling fan and its lights with a double slider in a single-gang package. Is there a drop-in replacement that does all of that - fan speed control and light dimmer in a single package?
Personally, if you have the wires for both the Fan and Light loads in the same electrical wall box, i would install two smart devices, one to control the fan and another to control the light. If you have the wall space available, an electrician could even expand a single-gang electrical wall box into a dual-gang electrical box.
This is one option if you do not want to expand your electrical wall box to support two devices. But will require wiring in the fan canopy as well.

Electrician is not the problem - I could do the change to a dual-gang box myself as it is not really a complex change. Wife killing me for the way.it looks? That is where we run into the problem
