Is there a good step by step guide to using a UZB stick?

@danabw 's step by step guide to remove ghost nodes has been invaluable to me. Does anyone have a similar document for using a UZB / pc contoler for inclusion, exclusion, firmware updates or any other maintenance tasks? I've tried to use the SilLabs zwave pc controller manual, and it's just not working for me. I was hoping maybe someone had a straight forward Do this, Do that's, then do this other thing kind of guide

@lcw731 Pretty much that's all included in the outline except for firmware updates. For firmware updates, obtain the firmware file, unpair device from hubitat, pair to z-wave stick, then pick the device and click firmware update and choose the file and send.

I must have been doing something wrong then, as trying to use the UZB to include/exclude didn't seem to do anything.
