I would assume the ENB suffix is for their Enbrighten line and ULT for their Ultrapro line. Pretty much same product with different names. You can call Jasco directly to confirm.
I have received recent warranty replacements for failed switches and they are the latest manufactured versions and they work just fine on my HE hub.

Do you mean in the built-in driver? If so that's not likely. That said, there are user made drivers fro most GE/Jasco/Ultrapro devices that expose all supported features already.
That said the super new Jaso ZWAVE LR devices (announced, but likely can't even buy them yet) aren't 100% supported in Hubitat yet, as they hub hasn't added ZWAVE LR support yet,
