Is it normal for zigbee devices to report on or off every 5 mins?

I have a few devices that do a similar 5 minute report - Sonoff devices using the Generic Zigbee Outlet driver. These are all rarely used devices.

Is it normal for a SONOFF Zigbee plugin outlet to report it is off every 5 minutes?

I have some SONOFF S31 Lite Zigbee Smart Plugs that report themselves as off every 5 minutes. Is that normal?
