I am trying to add my wife to our hub using the procedure from How to Manage Accounts Linked to Your Hub. Step 5 is the Create Account page hosted at my.hubitat.com where an email address and password is provided. After submitting the form the new user should get an email from accountverification@hubitat.com with a confirmation code.
Except that email never arrives.
No email is received from the "Resend code" button either.
I've tried emails at 3 different domains, including GMail, for register and for resend code.
The "Forgot username" button works for my account at one of the 3 domains we tried so it does not appear to be a domain blacklist or mail server error.
Is Guest User Registration at hubitat,com broken today?
Or is it just me?
I need to resolve this before the SAF dwindles down to zero.
