I changed networks and my Iris keypad no longer beeps when leaving or entering the home. Any help getting it to beep again?
Which network did you change? Zigbee or WiFi. Which driver are you using for the keypad and the keypad model numbers? Iris made 3 or 4 models over the years.
I changed internet providers and had conflicts with the new modem/router. I took off bridge mode and got most of my system back on the old router. Everything worked but the Iris iL02_1 keypad. I use it to beep when I set the alarm leaving the house and beep to remind me to shut off the alarm when I return. When I was trying to get my system back I was trying all sorts of things like deregistering the hubitat, and switching it to wifi. Whatever I did caused the Iris keypad to stop beeping.
I don't know the driver the keypad uses. I linked it to devices in Hubitat and it was loaded as a device but it won't beep. I'm not sure what parameter to use when looking at the device to get to beep again.
Try holding the 2 button on the keypad.
Holding keys 2 or 5 works as a volume up/down, respectively. At least on the prior gen of Iris keypads, I think.
