I'm helping my SIL set up Hubitat on his iPhone. On my iPhone, HSM can be (and is) enabled in the Home Settings.
However, on his iPhone, the switch for HSM will not stick to the ON (enabled) position -- it returns to OFF by itself. We've tried logging out of his HE account, deleting the HE app, and reinstalling, but no joy.
We've compared a variety of iPhone settings, and his settings appear to be the same as mine.
Any suggestions on what to try?
Huh, I remember disabling HSM in my app long ago since it wasn't useful for me to have in the app, and I just now tried to re-enable it... It appeared initially in the app, so when I went back to Settings to turn it back off, it was already disabled again.
Subsequent attempts to re-enable it aren't sticking for me either.
I'm on the latest Prod iOS app release (2.1.0)
That's exactly what my SIL sees.
As an experiment, I just tried to disable HSM in my iPhone -- and it won't let me! The switch moves to OFF, but automatically returns to ON when I return to the settings page.
'Tis broken.
Well, in a fun twist, now mine is stuck always reverting to HSM "on" too (even though I keep trying to reset it back to my preferred setting of "off")
I should've not played around with that option

Bug confirmed, a fix on next release.
