iPhone not waking up for notifications

When my iPhone (iOS 17.4.1) screen is off, the iPhone is not waking up to give me my Hubitat notifications. When I manually wake my iPhone screen, then all of the notifications begin showing up. This also happens with other apps, such as my Ring camera.

I’m thinking my iPhone is shutting down the wi-fi when my screen is off and that’s why I don’t get the notifications in a timely fashion. I’ve tried to adjust the settings on my iPhone to keep the Wi-Fi on, but nothing has worked so far. Is there a particular setting that will fix this problem?

Do you have any "focus" modes active on your phone, like Sleep or Do Not Disturb? That can do what you're talking about. Your notification style settings for a particular app or the general ones in Settings > Notifications also play a role. How are those configured?

I don’t have focus mode set.

What about your general notification settings, a screen or so back?

I don't see anything odd there, but if it's affecting all apps, it doesn't seem like a Hubitat app problem. If you restored a phone backup, one thing I have seen is needing to the app notification settings off and back on (even if they were restored as on) in order for them to actually work, but I'm not sure if that's your issue...

Check your Lock Screen settings to see if notifications are allowed

Strange not sure what to suggest. If you have an Apple store near you, maybe try stopping by for advice.
