Iphone mobile app and confirmation?

I am trying to set a new, user up using the iPhone mobile app. It asks me for a, confirmation code.

1.how do I generate or request a, confirmation code.
2. The email is a Gmail email account and I do not see any hubitat emails in my Gmail.

3. I a m only doing this, on mobile not on a desktop and not using Chrome.

Any advise?

You only need a confirmation code once, when you create the account. You don't need the mobile app to do this (you can do it direclty at https://my.hubitat.com/register, among other ways to get there). But if you're being asked for a code, maybe you already got that far.
