iPhone App will not load dashboard on Wifi

I’m running App version 2.1.2. When at home on the same network as hub, 9 times out of 10 the app will not load up dashboard menu. If I switch off WiFi and use data connection, I can load up dashboard, but this connection is slower. This problem has been existing for weeks now but has recently got worse.

What router do you use? Any WiFi access points? Any Ethernet switches?

Is your Hubitat hub connected with Ethernet or WiFi?

Any vlan's?

I'm in the UK using a BT router.
I have a Deco network using X20 and X50 units, installed approx 6 months ago.
Hub is connected by Ethernet and Wifi.

I have no problem with any other Wifi equipment using the Deco network

No, all sharing one network.

ethernet and wifi? It needs to be one or the other. Typically wifi should be disabled when attached to wifi. If both are active then multihoming could be causing your problems.

It's been set up like that for 18 months. The dashboard loading problem has always been intermittent. Should I switch off the Wifi connection?

Yes. And for the ethernet, set it for DHCP and do a DHCP reservation in your router

The hub has a reserved IP address in the router.

I'll switch off Wifi and see whether that improves things. Thanks for your help.

After you do that, cycle your router to see if that clears your arp cache there
