When I bring up iOS version 2.0.9 of the Hubitat app, and go to notifications, it pops up a box in the middle of the screen that says: "Loading Notifications", it does this every 3-5 seconds regardless which of the Hubitat screens I'm on. The only way I've found to stop it is to exit the app and re-start it (not ideal).

I am having the same issue. I reinstalled the app and that did not help.
I'm in the same boat here. Just getting Hubitat up and running which has been fun since some of my gear is very old. So far the process has gone smoothly but this small matter is annoying.
Also happening to me. Just downloaded the app yesterday.
Edit: right after posting, the app updated and it looks like maybe that bug is gone.
New to Hubitat and that was one of the first things I noticed when I installed the app on my iPhone. Hopefully that's fixed in a future app update because it's really annoying
