There may be additional problems, but:
- Your screenshots show dashboard settings, not geofence (the "geofence" in that toggle option is a typo that has been reported but apparently not fixed yet)--you want the actual Geofence settings
- The cloud URLs in your screenshot show your authentication token. Please remove those screenshots for your sake (or reset your access token if it's a classic Dashboard where you can and don't mind doing so).
Also, please avoid double posting, as it makes it hard to track the issue for everyone.
