IOS App does not find hubs

I tried to use smart start and it found nothing and would not add after entering device name. I think it has to do with the app using an old address for my hub. Find hubs does not find any hubs but all my hubs show in the registered hub list and connect to hub works. When I opened hub diagnostics it still had my old IP address. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but I can't get it to find my hubs. I have a network with multiple vlans but both the phone and the hub are on the same vlan. My hub address is 192.168.50.x. Any ideas?

make sure the app is logged into the same account that the hubs are registered with (confirm the hubs can be seen at my.hubitat.com in a web browser)

my.hubitat.com shows my registered hubs with the proper addresses. I have only one account. Find hubs does not find my hub unless I use advanced search and enter my router address 192.168.50.0.
I checked Unifi and I have mDNS checked. My laptop and phone have addresses of 192.168.50.39 and 192.168.50.188. My c-8 hub is 192.168.50.8 and my c-7 hub is 192.168.50.50. I don't care about find hubs, My problem is Smart start does not find my hub and that is why I started to use find hubs. I have long range devices and the instructions say to use Smart Start to use LR capabilities. I think this is having the same issue finding my hubs.

After using my.hubitat.com with advanced search Smart Start is working, Thanks for your help. The IOS app find hubs does not have the option of advanced search
