Internal error occurred while restoring backup.

Old MAC:
Platform Version2.4.2.143

Hardware VersionC-8 Pro

IP Address10.100.10.28 (Ethernet)

A shutdown and removal of power for about 45-60 seconds to reset the radios, followed by another restore attempt might work.

This did not resolve the issue. How do i tag @hubby or at @support-agent ?
We purchased a new C-8 PRO and used the migration tool.
During Migration we received the attached screenshot error.
The devices show up under DEVICES but they do not work at all.

You could try performing a new backup and running the migration again, if you didn't already. Also, do you have many files in the file manager that you are trying to migrate? Since that portion also fails, I would try migration again without selecting to migrate the files. Lastly, does your C-5 use the external USB for the radios?

I dont know how many files i have or what they are for?

And if i dont migrate those what will be the effect of that?

Can i restore from a local backup instead of cloud? What will be the impact of that?

Is additional support available ? Seems like theres a defect in your cloud migration offer/service?

And no, my C5 does not use external USB for radios.
