Intermittent Plant Pump Timer

Trying to figure out an easier way to do this short of doing this manually and have come up empty.

I need a timer for a smart plug that runs for 15 minutes on and 45 minutes off, 24 hours a day, I may also need to adjust these intervals In the future.

The purpose is to run a water pump on a schedule for hydroponics. I could just buy a switch which does this, but I have a bunch of smart plugs lying around.

Thank you!

Why not just do it through rule machine?

Use a periodic trigger, in a rule that looks something like this:

Thank you I’ll give that a shot. I would have never figured this one out without asking.

Okay so this should probably work right? Please ignore “candle” as that plug needs to be renamed.

Admittedly, I’m confused by the “command only switches that are off/on” and why this would even be needed?

Also, why is the “off” action delayed by 15 minutes? Does this mean the pump runs “on” for 45 minutes?
