I finally found the time to release a version of my device handler to support my own alarm, it should work seamlessly with the latest version of Lee's firmware (though I can't test this as I dont own an Elk).
It is all built with a single parent device handler (no app) that creates a child for each zone/output and one for each of armaway/armhome/disarm (any of which can be disabled). It has attributes clearly broken out so they can be added to a dashboard easily. Its also got a setting in the parent to enable/disable syncing with HSM. Its the first proper device handler Ive built for Hubitat, so would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on it, and can hopefully improve it further. Currently doesnt support your Bypass features.
