I’ve got a Konnect 6 zone board set up that I used with no problems on C5. Upgraded to C7 and factory reset the Konnect to work with the new hub. When I try to Arm HSM, all the Konnected sensors briefly flip to open for 5/6 seconds and then back to closed once the HSM fails to arm. Any ideas? Rebooted the hub. Updated to the latest firmware for both.
Are you able to see the status of each sensor in HE?
Yes. And they all appear closed prior to setting the alarm.
