Oh, that's easy. Use the App Mirror. With this, the roller shutters in your other room will always have the same state as the one in your one room. No need for a physical contact pressed for 3 seconds or more.
Here the detailed explanation from the documentation:
Mirror App
The idea is not that the 6 rollers always mirror the "master" one, only sometimes (with long push yes, with short press no)....
OK, in this case, I would need more information on the reasoning behind this. Do you want this top happen only during specific times of the day (all up in the morning, all down in the evening) or at random, whenever you want?
In the last case I would suggest getting a smart Button, to controll this.
Whenever I want. Reason example......
Im in my room in a sunny day and I want to watch TV, I short press the push button to roll the roller shutter of this room down.
Im in my room, Its bedtime in a cold rainy winter night
and I long press the push button to roll all roller shutters in the house befere getting in bed.
In the way I am thinking the installation, with 2 push buttons of any room, I can control the roller shutter of that room or all roller shutters in the house depending on how long I press the button. Its simple, and I do not have to buy any other device. I know that I can control all rollers through voice assisstants, smart switches....
I think I remember that when you integrate a Shelly 2.5 with i.e home assistant through mqtt the state of variables Input1, input 2, relay 1, relay 2 are available and you can play with them, thats why I though on HE they would be available too.
Yeah, the problem you have right now, is that the S 2.5 itself isn't even recording these events in the specific way, you're intending.
So for your purpose, you'll need a smart button to do the trick.
OK, Thanks a lot for your help!
