Instructions for Adding HE to portal.hubitat.com?

Hello All,

I am attempting to register/add my HE to my Hubitat Portal account .. It detects my Hubitat name/IP on my LAN with no issues when browsing to 'Find Hubs', but nowhere do I see instructions for actually 'linking' it to my account, so it does not show up in the 'My Hubs' area of portal.hubitat.com. Please help!

Have you sent an e-mail to support@hubitat.com? They may need to get involved to correct this.

You will see on the hub a message in the top right that your hub is not registered. Click the link to /hub/register on your hub. There will be a button to register, this will redirect you to portal and register / link your hub to your account.

I have, no response yet. 'tis the weekend, so that's understandable.

Thank you for your response! I'm assuming you are saying this message will be displayed when navigating to local WebGUI of my HE.. Unfortunately, no such message is shown anywhere I can see. There are two persistent items in the top right: a speech-bubble, of which indicates there are no messages, and the typical 3-dot selection box, where I can navigate to settings, discover devices, etc. No indication of any place to register my hub there either.

You can also try typing the path manually. Hub IP/hub/register to get to that page.

That did the trick... had to do the migrate-socal-media account process to create a new login. Thank you for your help guys!
