INNR Smart Plug 15A Model SP234 Zigbee - Need driver

What driver did HE choose when this device was originally paired?

I am not 100% certain now. Whichever one it selected by default did not show the power level. That is why I started messing with various drivers. I also reset and reincluded the device. Then when I picked the generic zigbee outlet driver, it started to work. Perhaps, the initial pairing did not pick up all the device attributes.

BTW; I watched the live stream last night; the first one I viewed. I very much enjoyed it. Thanks for taking the time to do it.

if you could get me the fingerprint for this device then I can get it assigned to the correct driver for the next person.
You can fetch the fingerprint by switching to the "Device" driver then click Get Info, the fingerprint will print in the live logs, Thanks

I am sorry, but I do not understand. I know what the fingerprint is but the only way I know to access it is to remove the device, reset it, and then reinclude the device. I have copied and pasted fingerprints that way.

I do not see any "Get info" button to click on any of the pages in the web interface on in the Android app. If necessary, I can reset the device, but if there is a way to get the fingerprint without doing so, I would like to learn the method.

Go to your Hub’s IP (https://your.hub.ip.address )

Go to the device’s page (Devices, click the device). Scroll to the bottom where you see Type. Choose the “Device” type, save, click Get Info on the newly appearing device page.

I logged into my hub. I went to Devices. I selected the Innr zigbee outlet. I changed the device type from "Generic Zigbee Outlet" to "Device". I clicked on "Get Info". However, that did not give me any information that was not already shown on the device page with the outlet driver:

Controller Type ZGB
Data * endpointId: 01
  • application: 28
  • softwareBuild: 28016610
  • model: SP 234
  • powerCluster: 0B04
  • firmwareMT: 1166-0313-28016610
  • manufacturer: innr|

Open s log window when you do this. Cut and paste the information from the log window.

the complete fingerprint is printed to the live logs page when getInfo is clicked.

I think I got it this time. The plug was too far away from the hub to pull the data.

Here is what I got from the device page with the added data,

  • endpointId: 01
  • application: 28
  • softwareBuild: 2.8
  • inClusters: 0000,0003,0004,0005,0006,0702,0B04,0B05,1000,FC57,FC82
  • outClusters: 0003,000A,0019
  • model: SP 234
  • powerCluster: 0B04
  • firmwareMT: 1166-0313-28016610
  • manufacturer: innr

Here is what I got from the log page:
Zigbee parsed:[raw:catchall: 0000 0006 00 00 0040 00 3CC1 00 00 0000 00 00 060000FFFF01250000, profileId:0000, clusterId:0006, clusterInt:6, sourceEndpoint:00, destinationEndpoint:00, options:0040, messageType:00, dni:3CC1, isClusterSpecific:false, isManufacturerSpecific:false, manufacturerId:0000, command:00, direction:00, data:[06, 00, 00, FF, FF, 01, 25, 00, 00]]

Hopefully, this will provide what you need.

This device should have joined with the Generic Zigbee Outlet driver. The fingerprint you provided was added to that driver in platform version 2.3.0.

Thanks Mike.

I suspect that the initial pairing of the device might not have picked up all the device attributes such that the power monitoring did not work. When I reset and repaired the device the second time, I think it did pick up everything needed.
