INNR 244 - No controls. Weird "Command" page. What's going on?

Hi all! I bought 2 INNR 244's from amazon. I have multiple INNR 234's and they're all fine and showing everything normally. I had to add using "Add Zigbee Device" as the hubitat does not list INNR 244. Anyone know why this is showing the following on the device Command page? (screenshots below)

It looks like you are using the "Device" driver. Try changing it to "Generic Zigbee Outlet" or another suitable driver. This is the "Type" dropdown you'll find on this page (the device detail page) if you scroll a bit down.

After changing the driver, click the "Configure" button to run the command. (You won't see anything happen -- it configures the device to report its changes to the hub as is generally expected.)

That did it! Thanks!

I haven't added an outlet in a while and forgot to ensure it set it as the Generic Zigbee Outlet.

Appreciate the fix!

Come to think of it, if you wanted to switch back to the "Device" driver, run the "Get Info" command, and get the "fingerprint..." line from Logs (or Past Logs if you didn't have them open at the time), it could get added to the driver so this pairs as expected for the next person.

Also:

Note that either pairing method does the same in the end (aside from the fact that the brand/model wizard presents pairing/reset or inclusion instructions if Hubitat has them for that device). I normally just use the protocol buttons since it's less clicking.

Sorry, I know this is WAY LATE, but I did switch to Device, then Get Info. Here's the results. Hope it helps, @bertabcd1234!

fingerprint profileId:"0104", endpointId:"01", inClusters:"0000,0003,0004,0005,0006,0008,1000,0702,0B04,E001", outClusters:"000A,0019", model:"SP 244", manufacturer:"innr", controllerType: "ZGB"

BTW: These DO report wattage, but it's weird. I have two 244's and both are on Fridges... They report LOW numbers. Someone said this would be fixed in 2.4.x.x. It's not! I'm on 2.4.0.145.

Thx.
Jann

Anyone know what is going on? I KNOW my fridges are using more than 0-7W.

Thanks! I'll get the fingerprint added to the driver.

The wattage issue with the other Innr model is that they report the value in watts rather than tenths of a watt as most (not all, and there are other variations...) do. Assuming your fridge users a few hundred watts, which seems reasonable to me, the same thing is likely happening with this model. That can be accounted for as, well.

PLEASE alert someone to get it fixed. I’ve waited almost a year.

I am looking at this now.

The question is what the device/driver is reporting versus what it actually means. The above is my assumption based on the behavior of the other devices from this manufacturer, and it is what I will do unless I hear differently.
