Innr 224 plugs won't pair with Zigbee

Making my transition from ST, and 2/6 of my Innr 224 plugs will not repair after being removed from smart things. I have factory reset these multiple times and don't know what to do at this point. All my other outlets and switches moved over just fine?

Oh well, off to create some WebCore routines.

Might try a factory reset on them:

Factory-reset: Press the button on the Smart Plug for at least 5 seconds, until the red LED starts to blink rapidly. After that, the green LED will.

What Zigbee channel is your Hubitat using? How about the old ST hub? Most find Zigbee channel 20 works very well, and avoid 2.4GHz WiFi interference (as long as you use 2.4GHz WiFi channels 1, 6, or 11 with 20MHz channel width).

Do not use Zigbee channel 26, as it is max power restricted by FCC rules in the USA.

Already did the reset multiple times.

And currently using Channel 20 already, so not much to be done there.

I do remember having a small issue in pairing mine initially, may have had to hold the button in as I plugged it in, but can't remember.

I don't think they unpair cleanly from ST, and that's the problem. I tried repairing one with ST just now, and it's not found.

I'm having the same problem with an SP234 plug that was previously on my network and stopped responding. I was able to get it to the point where the switch thinks it's on the network and paired (the green light stopped blinking but hubitat doesn't agree).

Have you updated the 234's firmware? That should fix it - I have two 234s and they've both been rock-solid since updating f/w

One I was able to update, the second I can't even get it to be acknowledged and is totally unresponsive to hubitat - it joins, but nothing happens. I've contact INNR for a replacement.
