Initializing Zigbee Device...Yale Assure Lock YRD256

I have 4 Yale YRD256 locks. 3 are Zwave modules and one is Zigbee. The zigbee one will not connect. I have tried the following over the past year and no luck.

• factory reset it multiple times
• brought the lock to C7 hub for pairing
• disabled and re-enabled zigbee radio on hub
• replaced batteries

This is the only device I have issues with. Any help is appreciated.

That probably isn't doing what you expect it to... the Z-Radios are always powered on. Always. So to reset them you must power cycle the Hub. Settings: Shutdown, when the LED is red, pull the power and wait 10 seconds. Power it back up and try again.

Not saying that will fix the pairing process, just that it will do more than disable/enable does

Thanks for the info.

I have rebooted several times in-between pairing attempts. Disabling radio was an issue with a firmware update and I had to roll back and reboot.

I have rebooted without power connected many times as well.
