Hi all,
How is it that the actual hub time is correct but the sunset and sunrise times are totally off? I don't see an option to manually adjust it either.
My guess is that your coordinates on the Hub Details page don't align with your location. (Your sunrise at 7:10pm would seem to indicate that your hub thinks it's located in the US.) To fix go to Settings|Hub Details and correct the longitude/latitude and timezone if required.

Thanks a lot, I updated it and it's now showing the correct time.
I created a test rule though and I am not getting the notification on my phone:
The logs also indicate that the hub is updating it accordingly:
I have other rules sending notification to my phone and they all work as expected.
Any suggestions?
It's worked now for some reason.
