[INCIDENT] Z-Wave Migration issues to C-8 Pro

Our engineers are investigating reports of Z-Wave issues on some C-8 Pro hubs after migration from older hub models.

To help us narrow down the cause, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could share a few details about your experience:

  • The steps you took before noticing the issue
  • How many days you allowed the Z-Wave mesh to settle
  • The source hub model and firmware version

Please send this information in a private message to @support_team, and also include:

  • The MAC addresses of both hubs
  • Screenshots of the Z-Wave Details page from your C-8 Pro hub
