[IMPORTANT] Cloud connectivity issue prior to version 2.3.9.184

If your hub is running a platform version prior to release 2.3.9.184, your hub may disconnect more frequently from the cloud causing issues with any cloud connected integrations such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Hubitat Remote Admin, Remote Dashboards, Platform Updates, etc.

The solution is easy, reboot your hub first, then update to the latest version (currently 2.3.9.184). To check if a new version is available, once the hub is online after the reboot, go to Settings, then select "Check for updates".


If you are not sure what platform version your hub is running, go to Settings, then select Hub Details and you will see a platform version field.
