I think I know the answer to this, but when you specify an image link, is it rendered on the client or the server?

Is there something you have seen or want to do to cause you to ask that?
Yes, I have a link to a BI server and cameras that doesn't load at run time, but run fine when I'm configuring the dashboard. I have separate networks for both, but they work outside the dashboard environment.
I will trouble shoot and get back.
