Illuminence converted to light level

Hello group
I would like to convert an illuminence value from my outdoor light sensor to a value for my indoor lights.
The values from the sensor is roughly from 6000 to 0 and, as you know, a bulb goes from 100 to 0, but outdoor sensor value is so that from 6000 to 500 is (give and take) more or less does not really look different to the human eye. So I want something that changes light value relatively, not much during bright daytime, but more aggresive changing during tusk.
Reason, indoor light should follow outdoor light states.
Please ask if I am not precice og clear

For me I have only dipped my toe in this area... But I would encourage you to adjust your settings to suit seasons, as you see fit... Which is likely the contentious part....

Maybe I should make 10 steps and write them in a variable instead

have a look at auto dimmer:

Oh, thanks, seems just like what I have been looking for.
I will test it upcoming weekend and reply back here when seen the results :+1:

Couldn’t wait so installed it, and installation went really smooth.
And it seems to do what I want :grinning::+1:
Is there a way also to incude celvin in the settings🤞
