I am hoping someone in the U.S. with an iBlinds 3.1-zw has a "Hexagon Tilt Adapter" that they are willing to part with. Unfortunately someone was being helpful and tossed the box they believed was empty. Let me know if you are interested in selling one.
you could probably call them and let them know the situation... they'll probably help you out.

As @rlithgow1 stated I would call or email them and see what they say. I have found them VERY helpful. They are one of the few companies left that believe in trying to make their customers and keep their customers happy. If for some reason they are want a lot of $, let me know which one you need. I think I kept a few of mine and if I can find them I will see what sizes I have left.

I submitted a support request with them on July 5th. Haven't heard back unfortunately. I submitted a second request this morning. I didn't see a phone number listed for them.
That is odd for them. If you don't hear back again maybe try sending a direct email to support@myiblinds.com instead of using their contact page. I forgot they don't have a phone number to contact.
