Is anyone aware of a driver that works for the above?
(I've found Zigbee2MQTT drivers using Google, but drew blanks on HE drivers)
Can you post the whole device Data Details section? (found at the bottom of the device web page) ?
There is some information for this device in GitHub, I have bookmarked it to review over the weekend.
Awesome... I'd love to help, but don't have the time at this time to get familiar with the Hubitat code/API environment and Groovy...

Did you ever find a driver for this? I just got a similar device and am having issues getting it up and running.
Nope... And I think @kkossev has other things on his plate (or his weekend is reaaalllly long!)

First, manually install the driver code, then assign it to your device and pair the siren again.
