The RadioRA 3 site says it's just on/off. So any helds will need to be derived from push and release events in the same way as existing Picos.
And backordered from Home Depot with no expected delivery date...

I got a couple at Worthington Distribution.
I was initially disappointed to read the comments here but these work fine as button controllers. Set for 2 buttons you get Pushed, Held and double tapped events.

Hmm, are you reliably getting hold/released events? I seemed to have issues getting them to do one or the other. Setting it as a 2 button fast Pico works as it should with press and release.
AFAIK, setting the "Fast" option will remove the ability to do a Hold. I think that's correct...haven't set up a Pico in ages. If these new paddle remotes worked "normally" then they would provide press/hold/release when not using the Fast setup option.
After switching all my switches to Diva's this is welcome addition to picos!
