I need help resetting account after soft reset

I recently reset my hub after a database error and when i reset to a backup i can no longer use voice control with Amazon alexa. I have checked cloud.hubitat.com and the resulting string is message "Forbidden". i have seen on the forum that you will need to do something with the account attached. i can provide other details when required.


Performing a Soft Reset doesn't affect the cloud connectivity or the account registration. You may have read older posts related to Full Reset, which would impact hub's cloud connectivity. With that being said, there may have been a brief outage on the Amazon side. If the problems persist, please send me a private message aling with your hub's MAC address, and we would be glad to further investigate.
