I has four of these and try to include them into my HA network. The instructions were terrible and after two tries I figured it out. I made a little video of it. Not sure if it is ok to post? Part of the problem is that the LED on that thing, the color is not that obvious -- like, is this green or yellow?...
The steps are:
- open back of sensor, remove battery tab
- if hub is ready (5 purple flashes):
- start zwave inclusion on Habitat hub
- press action button inside of sensor
- Hopefully: yellow solid LED... processing... white, green, white, green means included successfully.
